Cuko is brown sugar, chilli pepper, garlic, vinegar, and salt then mix in a boil water. it is named pempek, originally food from Palembang. Pempek can be commonly found from the top to middle class restaurant in Indonesia. There are many varieties of Pempek. The most famous one is the Pempek Kapal Selam (submarine) which is made from a chicken egg wrapped within the Pempek dough and then deep-fried. its really tasty
